We opened our first Infrared Sauna Studio in Lubbock in order to help people reach and maintain their wellness goals. Infrared Sauna Therapy has been widely utilized and supported by many health professionals including Dr. Oz, celebrities, even NASA. The research has shown beneficial results for symptoms of diabetes, fibromyalgia, heart health, weight loss, menopause (yes, sweating in an infrared sauna can help decrease the number of hot flashes), migraines, sleep disorders and much more! The relaxation alone will help boost your energy the following day.
My Sweat Hut offers you the chance to sit back and relax in your own private hut to enjoy the benefits of gentle infrared heat in privacy. Your room, your temperature, your radio station (or bring your earbuds and relax to your tunes!)
No exercise, no toxins, no excess noise or interference.
Each session increases the “whole body” benefits of infrared sauna therapy.
Health and wellness has always been a passion for me! The desire to continue to help others was driven by the blessing of having a year to recover, heal, and defeat an autoimmune condition after leaving an 18yr career with a corporation. With my amazing husband by my side, we weren’t just looking for any business to start, but one that provided affordable – yet luxurious – amenities and products to help people stay healthy.
The main component was to center it around infrared sauna therapy and a relaxing, clean environment. With a dream and plan in our hearts, in 2018, My Sweat Hut was born! The privilege of attending many varied health seminars and training in my previous work helped lay the groundwork to thrive on our own!
Four years in business and still going strong, we are here for you! Your health goals. Your time out. Whatever you need…you can trust we keep learning, striving, and doing all we can to assist you.
Thank you to all of the loyal customers that have been with us from the beginning of our dream to help others! And thanks to all of our newfound friends and customers, all of you are why we do what we do!
Sincerely, Tracey Sanders, owner of My Sweat Hut
