My Sweat Hut was born from a personal journey, but its purpose has always been about the people it serves.
Years ago, while navigating my own autoimmune health challenges, I came to understand how overwhelming the healing process can feel. Infrared sauna therapy became one of the many tools that supported my body, my nervous system, and my overall well-being. It helped me feel hopeful again, to learn the power of intentional silence by quieting the mind and body – and that experience planted a seed.
My husband and I opened My Sweat Hut with a shared vision: to create a space where people could care for their bodies in a way that felt supportive and approachable. Though I now carry this dream forward on my own, I know my husband’s incredible spirit and love remain present in everything we built together – and continue to guide the heart of My Sweat Hut.
From the beginning, My Sweat Hut has been about the people who walk through the doors. Every client comes in with their own reasons, their own needs, and their own season of life. My goal has always been to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and cared for.
A Place for Everybody
Keeping My Sweat Hut affordable has been intentional from day one. I believe wellness should be available to people from all walks and stages of life – whether you’re just beginning your journey or have been prioritizing your health for years. Self-care shouldn’t feel like a luxury reserved for a few.
People come to My Sweat Hut for many reasons: stress relief, recovery, immune support, mental clarity, or simply a quiet moment to reset. Whatever brings you here, I want you to feel supported without pressure or expectations.
Built on Community
In 2026, My Sweat Hut will celebrate 9 years of serving our local community. What has remained constant through every year is my gratitude for the people who trust this space as part of their routine. Your stories, your consistency, and your commitment to caring for yourselves are what keep this place meaningful.
I’m committed to continuing to learn and thoughtfully explore new wellness services – always with care, and never in a way that feels overwhelming or complicated for the people my team and I serve.
Thank you for being here and for allowing My Sweat Hut to be part of your journey.
