“The first time we did this I knew something was missing so we came back and asked if we could get a little more heat. WOW!!! Once that was adjusted it has now become a must on our day off. The infrared lights and the heat are a perfect combination to help detoxify your body. We are hooked for sure…. Thank you”

“I had a great experience! I have Hashimoto’s autoimmune disease and the infrared sauna really helps with inflammation and getting ride of any toxins that may be in my body. I also sleep sooo much better at night. Miss Tracey is so sweet! I will be a regular :)”
